WAAF would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of: Customer Support

CUSTOMER CARE

LOCATION: Mogadishu – Somalia

EDUCATIONS: Bachelor Degree from school of business or equivalent

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor degree of economics, BA, Marketing and Equivalent
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Strong Knowledge of Information Technology using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage large amounts of incoming Chats and phone calls
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to satisfy them
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our WAAFI products inside and out to answer customer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
