REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)- RFQ-FIELD-0017.

  1. The bid document segment 2 (Specification of Work) seeks to “provide Mobile money transfer services to 900 schoolteachers into eleven (11) districts identified below.” Can we assume this is in error since it is not referenced anywhere else in the document?

That statement is now updated. See below the RFQ.

  1. In the segment entitled ‘Objectives of the campaign’ there is mention of broadcasting radio PSAs produced but dissemination is not listed as a required deliverable. Should we provide costs, details of dissemination?

Dissemination is done through the broadcasting the radio messages.

  1. Is there a predetermined length of the PSA recordings?

Recording should be maximum 3-4 minutes, depending on the content.

  1. Are scripts required in both English and Somali for the PSAs prior to production?

Yes, both Somali and English versions are required

  1. Is there a requirement for storyboarding of the short videos?

Yes, should submit a script for review and approval

  1. Does the ABE program have specific branding to be used in the videos or is this also required as part of the production?

There will be a specific branding and marking guidelines and it will be provide the any awarded company.

  1. Is there an anticipated production location for the video content? Should movement/travel outside Mogadishu region be included in the costs of production?

No need for field travels under this TOR.

  1. Is a cost breakdown admissible for the bid or should we only provide the total in the RFQ form?

Provide the total cost in the RFQ form

 

  1. Is there an opportunity for us to suggest improvements in the deliverables (timeline and specifications) to enhance the campaign’s impact? This is specific to the radio program.

You Can propose content improvements but not the Timelines.

10. Are we able to suggest the extension of the period of performance? From experience, it’s better to have a media campaign run longer than a month to ensure reach, uptake, and impact.
