Little is a Pan-African super App providing everyday services such as ride-hailing, food delivery, utility payments, and more in cities across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Somalia.

JOB SUMMARY

We want you to be part of the Little Somalia team. We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Demand Operations Specialist to join our excellent team in Mogadishu.

The Demand Operations Specialist will complete all tasks assigned by the Country manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing Market campaigns, generating and Registering New Drivers, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

Main Duties Includes:-

• Act as company brand ambassadors by representing the brand at activations
• Manage of weekly driver registrations
• Ensure the drivers on boards on the App
• Track, order and follow up daily trips
• Analyzing daily new riders and drivers
• Rise issues relates to the drivers and report to the technical team
• Handle local initiatives that contribute to supply growth quality and compliance
• Verify, maintain, organize, and audit drivers and vehicle documentations
• Figure out the logistics of how many drivers are needed when and where
• Celebrating with HQ Team in Kenya to identify potential improvements and new opportunities to scale ride categories
• Tracking customer engagement to develop effective strategies
• Finning and continually improving the appropriate Mogadishu for rides category management
• Weekly report to country/operation manager
