Ecommerce Intern

We are looking to hire ecommerce intern to manage our ecommerce account. You’ll serve as a key contact for all ecommerce related activity and maintain daily operations to maintain profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. This is an entry level position, and training will be provided. We are looking for a strong team player, that has the ability to work successfully across multiple business functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Dealing with day-to-day operations of managing our ecommerce platform. Including product management, pricing, inventory, and marketing campaigns.
Contacting customer support to resolve product listing issues.
Analyse product sales performance, trade budget and business goals.
Collaborate with senior management across the organization to effectively integrate sales optimization & merchandising strategies along with other corporate initiatives to promote healthy growth of the business.
Proactively work to identify sales performance issues and resolve them quickly.
Develop an understanding of the industry, by continuously reading up to date news
Execute and aid in continued learnings of our ecommerce platform, and other third-party marketplaces with a full understanding of all the necessary supporting functions and roles of E-commerce.
Coordinating content and assets of the website and working alongside digital marketing, merchandising and product development teams to optimize sales performance in support of marketing campaigns, product offerings, and promotions as needed.
Solid communication skills, both verbally to build relationships, and in writing to accomplish follow-up. Strong listening skills and adaptability to adjust style and message.
Strong level of customer service required.
