In this regard, PSA is looking for a short-term consultant/facilitator to provide capacity-building training to staff members. The capacity building training aims to improve the knowledge and skills that will improve the implementation of the CCCM project by equipping the training participants with the necessary tools and guidelines to improve their CCCM project implementation which seeks to improve the living conditions, assistance, and protection of drought and conflict-affected population and host communities by facilitating the equitable access to multi-sectorial services in Bosaso through effective Camp Coordination and Camp Management.

Overall Purpose of the role

Training Facilitator responsibilities include designing team and individual courses, maintaining records of curriculum and materials and gathering feedback on the quality of training from trainees, instructors and managers. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various educational techniques for different roles and skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

The TOR of Facilitator/Assistant facilitator will be the following:

• Develop a detailed work plan highlighting the key delivery dates including the pre-test and post-test.

• Develop key contents of the training and finalize in consultation with PSA

• Develop hands-out of the key interventions to share to the participants

• Develop skill-based learning materials based on the content

• Prepare training report in line with the reporting tools

• Prepare and make available the means of verification
