The role… 

We are currently looking for an experienced barista to fill the role of head barista.

A little bit about candidate
You demonstrate smooth cooperation and great communication with your team around. You’re proactive and high energy, with a positive and upbeat outlook. You show great resilience during busy periods and take pleasure in the job you do. You look for solutions in the face of problems and work diligently to support the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Quality control including cupping, dialling in, latte art and supporting the growth and training of your fellow baristas
• Placing coffee and other orders for barista area
• Assisting other cafe sections with service
• Monitoring ticket times and flow of service
• Machine maintenance and technical support knowledge a bonus
• Creating a friendly and enjoyable environment for both customers and co-workers
