1: Master Degree or same experience with Bachelor Degree

2: 5 years of experience in HR management, specifically within the healthcare industry.

3: A proven track record of success in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining healthcare professionals.

4: Deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulations of the healthcare field.

5: Experience in managing employee relations in a complex and demanding healthcare environment.

6: Demonstrated proficiency in navigating healthcare-specific benefits administration, including health insurance plans and compliance.

7: Experience working with and building relationships with various stakeholders within a healthcare system, including doctors, nurses, and administrators.

8: Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare privacy regulations
