The Government of Somaliland (GoSL) through the Step 30 International Ministries has received financing from Taiwan Government. A portion of that funding has been allocated to Hargeisa Water Agency for implementation of a quick impact borehole #K15(2), a replacement of an old borehole which is urgently to be connected to the existing water supply system for phase 1.

The works involves Drilling, Testing & Commissioning of 1 Borehole at Geeddeeble. Complete specifications are provided in ITB.

Hargeisa Water Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Drilling, Testing & Commissioning of 1 Borehole at Geeddeeble as described under section works requirement in the detailed bidding documents.

Bidding will be in accordance with the International Competitive Bidding procedures.

Interested bidders can request for bidding documents from Hargeisa Water Agency through the address indicated below.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10 January 2022 at 11:00am hours, East African Standard Time.

Electronic bidding will not be permitted.

Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder’s designated representatives and any one who choose to attend on 10 January 2022 at 11:00am.
