INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS (IFQ) FOR Rehabilitation

To: All Interested Bidders

The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs FGS has set aside funds to be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.

Eligible Bidders are hereby invited to submit their price quotation for the Rehabilitation and Office Equipment supply in the “Schedule of Requirements and Prices” attached as Bidding Form B.

Bids must include all the documents listed in the Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be in accordance with the RFQ Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the MOJCA Procurement Manual.

The Bidders should submit their Bidding documents through this email adrnin.finance@moj.gov.so or hard copy on the MOJCA HQ Office after understanding the nature of work.

Deadline for submission will be on 11 April 2026 at 4:30 PM East African time.

Late quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening day shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
