INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR PROVISION OF FOOD THROUGH VOUCHER-GARBAHAREY, GEDO, SOMALIA

Himilo organization for development (HOD) is non-profit making, non-sectarian, humanitarian relief and development organization that was established and registered in 2003 as a local non-governmental organization (LNGO) in Somalia.

HOD has been operating in Somalia since 2003. Its top priority is to create an environment that is conductive to sustainable development by helping communities to secure peace, sustainable development and attain self-reliance.

HOD is looking for qualified and interested local suppliers who is resident of Garbaharey district to procure and distribute food to 1838 vulnerable households in Garbaharey through vouchers for a period of three (3) months.

Interested suppliers with capacity should submit the following documents not later than 5^th of October 2021 to the below email by Quoting the tender subject heading. himiloprocurement111@gmail.com

1. Company profile
2. Permit registration from the Relevant ministry at both state and federal level
3. Valid registration certificate from the district of Garbaharey
4. Tax compliance certificate
5. Bank statement for the past three years
6. Last three years audit reports
7. Recommendation letters from previous contractors. Minimum from three past contractors.

Only Suppliers who meets the criteria will be invited to submit a budget.

NB HOD reserves the rights to reject tenders without giving reasons.
