Tender Details and Instructions

• CRSD is seeking offers from reputable, well established and experienced Car Hire Firms duly incorporated under the Laws of Somalia to provide vehicle transportation Services for CRSD staff members or assigned non-staff; at a fixed price for a period of till 28th Feb 2027 basis based on good performance.

• The vehicle will remain in that location to support/ move staff and/or materials as requested by CRSD.

• Where required movement will be done with security escort.

• CRSD can request the vehicles with 24-hour notice.

• The contractor is to provide the requested vehicles for inspection as part of the Technical Evaluation.

• The firm is required to fill the RFQ

• The documents should be signed by an authorized representative of the entity, stamped, and submitted with relevant supporting documents.

Selection Criteria

Essential Criteria (Pass/Fail)

• Proof of Valid Registration-SWS
• Bidder fills all the RFQ
• Company profile (Optional)

Capability Criteria (60%)

• Relevant experience in vehicle rental service. This includes Signed Stamped PO/Contract attached—30 Marks
• Financial statement—Bank statement (20 Marks)

• Attach CV with key staff—CV (10 Marks)

Commercial Criteria– 40 %, Lowest price achieves 40%
