- INTRODUCTION
11 January Primary and Secondary School is seeking qualified suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement and supply of computers and related items. The equipment will be used to support our educational programs and enhance the learning experience for our students. We are seeking suppliers who can offer high-quality products at competitive prices. Interested parties are encouraged to review the tender requirements and submit their bids accordingly. - BACKGROUND OF THE SCHOOL
11 January Primary and Secondary School is a public educational institution located in the Banadir region, Abdi Aziz district. Established in 1976 by the former central government, the school has a long-standing commitment to delivering a comprehensive national curriculum and high-quality education. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and strive to produce exceptional graduates equipped with both appropriate technical skills and a strong sense of integrity.

- Requirement & Eligibility criterial for Tender Documents
To be considered for this tender, all bidders must meet the following requirements and provide the corresponding documents:
- Valid commercial licensing or registration.
- A detailed overview of the company’s Profile, capabilities, and relevant experience.
- Documentation demonstrating the company’s tax compliance.
- A detailed quotation including unit prices and the total price.
- At least five years of experience in the supply and installation of IT-related items.
- Prior experience in the procurement and delivery of computers and related items.
- The computers and related items must meet the standards and specifications outlined in the Tender Specific Information.
- The successful bidder will be responsible for the delivery of the procured computers and related items to the school.
- Evaluation and Award
Tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Fair and Transparent Process: The competitive tender process is established and conducted in a fair and transparent manner by School, with oversight from the School CEC. This ensures that all bidders are assessed equally and that the contract award is conducted fairly.
- Responsive and Competitive Bids: The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive bid that meets all specified requirements and demonstrates financial competitiveness.
