Description of the of the project and the bid

WHH-Somaliland is going to establish Safe drinking water sources by providing communal water tanks to to Rooble Cali, Dhoobawayn and Cawale-adan villages in Odwayne district, Togdheer region to guarantee Minimum basic survival water needs for drinking, food and Hygiene practices. The Tanks will be delivered by Factories, companies and other legible suppliers that can Produce the water tanks specified in the quotation.

Therefore, WHH is inviting competent companies or suppliers who have the required tanks as stipulated in the bid dossers to apply this tender by using our E-tender system.

The description of goods to be supplied:

• Supply of 3 Water tanks made of a fiberglass with a capacity of 20m³ (20,000 Liters) or 100 Barrels.
• The tanks should be painted with WHH and GFFO logo as attached to the bid documents.
• The tanks should be clean and free from any chemical exposure.

Note: all the corresponding documents for the water Tanks bid are uploaded to our E-tender system and can be downloaded from there. Also, the required criteria for the bid have been explicitly shown in the bid dossiers. The bidders must fulfill the minimum tender criteria as outlined in the tender documents and failure to do this will be subject to automatic disqualification.

Special attention

Quantities and contents of the listed assortment is subject to no alteration. Welthungerhilfe

reserves the right to divide the orders into lots and to award the lots into different suppliers.

However, Welthungerhilfe prefers to place the order with one suppler only. All the relevant information is indicated in the bid documents. Furthermore, all bidders are also required to meet the minimum tender requirements as shown in the bid dossiers. Welthungerhilfe will strictly check the these criterium and most notably the supplier who fits the bid requirements will be deemed as a winner.
