Objective of the Bid: to invite potential and competent contractors for the Construction of Two Communal Berkads in Bali Ciise and IDP Camp under Salahley District.

Description of the Tender

WHH is going to construct two communal water Berkads in Bali ciise Village and IDP Camp respectively which is under Salahley district. This tender notice encompasses two items or lots as stated here:

The BoQs, Drawings and other required documents of the constructions are available in our portal. BoQs must be filled and treated separately. Welthungerhilfe will have the right to award the lots into different bidders depending on fulfillment of the evaluation criteria stipulated in the bid dossiers.

The following activities will be carried in the construction site:

• The berkad must have RCC ground beams, upper ring beams, columns, and floor slaps
• The berkad must have its silt trap compartment, inlet channel, and outflow section.
• The berkad or underground water storage must have an abstraction pad/ access point.
• System safety purpose to avoid any human damage is prepared in the design include the cover of abstraction pad.
• The berkad must have metallic doors to trap rubbish for enhancing the cleanliness of the water.
• All the details related to this site details can be found in the prepared drawings.

Bidders are expected to examine carefully and comply with all instructions, forms, contract provisions and specifications contained in this bid dossiers. Failure to submit a bid containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified will lead to the rejection of the bid. No account can be taken of a reservation in the bid as regards the bid document; any reservation may result in the immediate rejection of the bid without further evaluation. The Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Eligibility

Competent Contractors who have similar construction work experience, necessary technical and financial capabilities in association with the bid requirements. Furthermore, the contractors must have their renewed trade license certification and tax identification documents.

Note: The contractors are needed to stamp and sign their respective documents including every page. Failure to comply this will lead an automatic disqualification.
