Somali Institute for Development Research and Analysis (SIDRA) is a private, not-for- profit research and policy analysis think tank whose primary mission is to provide quality research and development services to the public and private entities in Somalia in order to contribute to the attainment of the development priorities of the country. Our headquarter is in Garowe, the capital city of Puntland State of Somalia.

 SIDRA is inviting interested and eligible suppliers to apply the tender for supplier to provide the following goods

1. Business registration Certificate with TIN number from Ministry of Commerce – Essential Document – (Attach Copy)
2. Valid Tax Receipt tax clearance letter – Essential Document – (Attach Copy)
3. Detailed Company Profile, showing Company Name, Vision and Mission of the Company, Organogram, Area of Business and contact details ……………………… (Attach Copy) – 20%
4. Evidence of Relevant experience (at least 3 signed Purchase Orders (POs)/ Contracts) – (Attach Copy) – 30% (1 contract=10% , 2 contract=20% and 3contracts=30%)
5. Bank Statements for the last one year…………………………… (Attach Copy) – 20%
6. Lead time ………………………………………………………… (Attach Copy)– 15%
7. Price ………………………………………………………………… (Quotation) – 15%

Detailed technical specifications and quotation forms are included in the tender documents. All eligible bidders are requested to send a request email to SIDRA Institute. The title of the email must read “Procurement of Solar Lamps”. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please send your tender collection request to SIDRA Institute Office via Procurement@sidrainstitute.org

All completed hard copy tenders should be submitted latest on 31^st March, 2022 at 2:30 in sealed envelopes and shall be hand carried addressed to SIDRA Institute,Operations Office, Garowe Puntland-Somalia at behind Migration Office.

Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery or non-delivery, whatsoever. Bids shall be opened at a later date to be communicated.
