Job Description

ISP field technician responsible for the installation & maintenance of internet service for residential & commercial customers and dealing with customers and solving issues on-site, which involves working outside on a daily basis. Applicant should be comfortable with climbing roofs & towers to install/maintain internet service equipment. Familiarity with networking, fiber optic, cabling. Having an experience with ISP field technician is competitive advantage.

The applicant also needs to be comfortable with working in a team-oriented environment and traveling in different locations.

Functional and Technical Skills, Independence, Attention to Detail, Verbal Communication and Documentation Skills – Excellent management and supervising skills – Hardware Installation & Configuration, Application installation & service Testing, Configuration Management, Integration, Fault Management, and Alarm Monitoring for above-mentioned technologies
