Logistics Assistant – Hargeisa, Somaliland

VACANCY NOTICE

International NGO Safety Organization (INSO) www.ngosafety.org is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as Logistics Assistant to be based in Hargeisa, Somaliland.

This position is open for Somaliland Nationals ONLY.

Reporting to the Administration Officer, Horn of Africa, the Logistics Assistant will provide support to the Administration Officer in the implementation of Logistics related tasks and adhere to INSO Policies and procedures:

1. Travel Arrangements

2. Procurement
3. Vehicle Fleet Management

4. Goods and Stock Management

5. Security Plan adherence
6. Office & Guest House maintenance

7. Assets Follow up

Qualifications

• Completion of Secondary School mandatory
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 2 Years’ practical Experience working in logistics management and coordination, asset management, fleet management
• Previous work experience with NGOs would be a strong asset
