REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No: 008/2021

Mission:  IOM SOMALIA.

Title of Services:  Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for   Technological Accountability Solutions and Support.

Request for Proposals

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the project Technological Accountability Solutions and Support for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services Finnish-Somali NGO Component for End-term Evaluation of JICA-MIDA Experts Placement Phase III Project More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

Only Service Providers /Consulting Firms submitting all the required supporting documents for grading, as outlined in Section IV. Terms of Reference, Eligibility Criteria, Minimum Requirements and Grading Criteria will be considered. Evaluation on the Proposals will strictly follow the Evaluation Criteria as outlined in Section I. Instructions to Service Providers/ Consulting Firms and Evaluation Criteria.

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

Section II. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms

Section III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms

Section IV. Terms of Reference, Eligibility Criteria and Minimum Requirements

Section V. Standard Form of Contract

The Proposals must send by e-mail to: Procurement-tenderonly@iom.int on or before COB 30^th November 2021 at 5: 00 pm. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms

All proposals must be submitted in IOM’s request for proposal template

 

PROCUREMENT UNIT

 

IOM is encouraging companies to use recycled materials or materials coming from sustainable resources or produced using a technology that has lower ecological footprints.
