Marketing Intern – Job Specification

Hanti-Jire Consulting ideal Marketing Intern should be equipped with a relevant marketing qualification and background in marketing functions such as communications, digital marketing, advertising, branding, and social media. Intern should withstand pressures of handling varied tasks at the same time and meeting deadlines to ensure success as a marketing individual in our company.

Position Title: Marketing Intern

Department: Marketing

Education Qualification and Training Requirement:

• A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (recently graduated or active student)
• Holding marketing training courses is a plus

Expectation:

• Competitive Intern who will hunt businesses and attract clients as part of his/her actual learning process
• A selling commission will be given for any new signed client (sold service)

Experience:

• Background in marketing, sales or a relevant business role

Work-based Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:

1. Good report writing, public speaking, marketing, teamwork and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to attract & build client relations and to create creative and innovative marketing ideas

3. Ability to multitask and concentrate on multiple marketing projects at once

8. Passion to improve marketing methods, approaches, and show commitment for continuous learning
9. Basic understanding of business practices and budgeting
10. Social media and web knowledge and computer proficiency such as Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
11. Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with clients and provide advices
12. Familiarity with marketing tools including drafting business proposals & marketing plans, written communication, research methods & analysis, services packaging & visual communication software

Job Requirements:

• Research new services opportunities, client’s needs and sell company’s services
• Executing marketing plans and serve as point of contact between company and clients
• Working with our digital and production team to create new marketing development plans

Other attributes:

• Driving license is required, preferably with a personal vehicle
• Age gap: not older than 25 years old
• Working hours: from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
