Accord Worldwide is seeking a team of M&E expert consultants in order to submit a proposal for the following bid. It is a UN project in Somalia. Further details are below:

One (1) M&E Expert Team Leader:

• Leading the team of M&E expert consultants
• Minimum 7 years of experience on global/international levels in surveying, baseline data collection, and analysis.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in program areas like project management, analysis, report writing, enumeration skills/data collection
• Candidates are expected to be competent with technical competence in a variety of data gathering and analysis platforms, such as ONA, Tableau, Power Bi, and others. Candidates with practical experience in the following areas are preferred:
• • Project management
  • Design of third-party monitoring activities
  • Collection and aggregation of third-party monitoring data (including through mobile data collection [e.g. tablet] modalities), including systematic data geo-referencing
  • Analysis of data
  • Report writing of third-party monitoring reports

  Candidates with demonstrated experience and knowledge in program sectors (WASH / Nutrition / Health / Child protection / Education) and demonstrated understanding of the social, political, and security context in Somalia, with the ability to conduct analysis and provide advisory services.

• Prior experience working in Somalia
• Familiarity with SPSS/STATA/R a plus

Five (5) M&E Experts:

• Working with a team of M&E expert consultants
• International or National consultants are welcome
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• English speaking mandatory
• Prior experience working with the UN projects
• Prior experience working with local communities in Somalia is desirable
