Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer – Mogadishu

·       Roll out/develop and manage Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework for YouthLink programme and projects

·       Conduct monitoring field visits and produce field visiting reports to foster learning and decision making and information sharing in management meetings

·       Lead planning, implementation of baseline surveys, review and assessments and provide capacity-building to staff and enumerators

·       Review reports and ensure quality and timely submissions

·       Participate in the development and of concept notes and proposals

·       Conduct PDM, PAP surveys and report findings

·       Support development of MEAL work plans for the programme/projects activities

·       Work closely with and support external consultants undertaking evaluations Accountability& Learning

·       Make sure that appropriate CRM mechanisms are put in place and complaints are handled as per standard and guideline

·       Document, produce and share learning (Evidence and Learning—Case studies, human interest stories and documentary etc.)

·       Produce media products for information sharing visibility an promotion of YouthLink programme Represent YouthLink at clusters and other relevant coordination meetings when requested by the PD.

·       Complete other duties as necessary and assigned by the Programme Director.
