Job Description:

Telesom Company is looking for an experienced Network Engineer who will be responsible for Design and imple­ment new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks. Install, configure and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP. Configure firewalls, route and switch to maximize network efficiency and security and maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform network design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
2. Implement effective security measures to protect data, software and hardware.
3. Apply configuration of routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
4. Setup Fortinet firewalls and configuring firewall security policies by providing access to the users as per user
5. Install, configure, and maintain cisco network devices, network related applications, windows and Linux servers

Quantification

1. Bachelor of ICT
2. Certifications: CCNA,CCNP, NSE4 and NSE6 are highly preferable

Competencies

4. Good communication skills
