Country Dimensions: Save the Children works in various sites within Somaliland, Puntland and Central South Somalia with a current staff complement of approximately 450 staff and current budget of approximately GBP 48 million.

• Support the nutrition data officer in cleaning the nutrition data and uploading it into ONA and CMAM database.
• Map all the WFP nutrition sites in to the system for easy access
• Ensuring the data for WFP beneficiaries registration is done correctly
• Support the nutrition officer in organize training for nutrition team
• Prepare and submit timely and regular reports to nutrition officer on the achievements and progress of facility and mobile team
• Ensure the distribution of WFP supplies takes place in accordance with donor guideline
• Report on time to the nutrition data officer for compilation
• To train staff and volunteers on best practices for infant and young child feeding
• To supervise volunteers to ensure consistent messaging
• To assess mothers and their children to identify specific feeding support needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• Knowledge of record management procedures
• Ability to operate various working processing software, spreadsheets and databases
• Maintain confidentiality
• Carry out multiple tasks and meets         deadlines
• Interact and maintain good working relationships
• Communicate efficiently and effectively both verbal and written
• One years’ experience in the same capacity is added advantage
• English and Somali language skills
