Position:  Operation Manager

Location: Berbera, Somaliland

Job responsibility 

The Transportation Operations Manager has complete responsibility for Transportation Operations at our Fulfillment and Sort Centers within a predefined region of the country. This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.

Operation manager of job responsibility 

 Direct the activities of staff in relation to transport operations within the company on duties like dispatching and tracking/monitoring of transportation vehicles

 Develop transportation policies across appropriate units within the firm

 Administer and enforce the terms and conditions of the Sacaada service contracts.

 Analyze system effectiveness and efficiency, and develop service requirements as needed

 Develop a best-in-class team and workplace culture and effectively manage performance and talent development

 Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company’s standards.
