• A degree in Business Administration
• Holding related certificates is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and software

• Experienced Operations Officer who can oversee projects and set budgets.

1. View and develop current operations processes and procedures

1. Improve business functionality to align with the main objectives and perform routine administrative tasks
2. Plan and oversee projects and contribute to products & systems innovation

1. Track operational costs and implement improved operational procedures

1. Analyze and maintain operational data and monitor product inventory
2. Time management, patience, punctuality, good teamwork and interpersonal skills
3. Most importantly ensure positive client, supplier, and vendor relationship

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Spoken English
• Knowledge of operating procedures and handles pressure
• Persistence and determination to be aligned with the documentation processes
