Job Summary (Brief about the job)

The primary role of this function is to operate the production machines – lines in oil filling area according to the required production plan as well as performing periodical corrective and preventive maintenance to production machines – lines, in short time, in order to minimize the sudden breakdowns maintaining the periodical hygiene aligning with the quality standards and following HSE instructions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1 Familiar with manufacturing environment, production KPIs

2 Operate all aspects of packaging, machine setting & maintenance.

3 Able to Operate Filling, capping, Labelling Machine, printer etc

4 Knowledge of product and pack changeover procedure.

5 Knowledge of Quality systems & process, food safety system and procedures.

6 Familiar with HSE & GMP system

7 Knowledge of documentation of key quality parameters and log sheets, ISO systems

8 Know-how of proper shift handover & take over procedure.

9 Changeover time optimization knowledge

10 Comply with all environmental regulations, HSE, GMP, GHP and HACCP.

11 Know-how of PPE, TPM, OEE, KAIZEN tools etc.

Qualifications (Education – Technical Skills – Experience – Certificates)

Work Experience:

· 2 – 5 years of experience.

· Worked in Filling and Packaging Lines

· Knowledge of Capper machine

· Labeler Machine

Education:

· Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation. HND will be an advantage

Technical Skills:

· Basic English Skills.	· Hazard Identification.
· Mechanical maintenance principles.	· Understanding of HSE guidelines.

Training & Certificates:

· GMP & Hygiene Best Practice.	· Firefighting.
· Food Safety & Quality Culture.	· First Aid.

Competencies
