2       Monitor & improve machine output, material & machine efficiency including OEE by making sure availability of all resources and fixing all operational constraints.

3       Optimum material utilization by reducing process wastes during start up, shut down and in process through implementation of TPM (OEE, KAIZEN and 5S).

4       Execute Breakdown Maintenance of his Machines

5       Foresee Problems in his Machines and to Execute Timely Corrective Actions

6       Minimize breakdowns by autonomous maintenance and implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.

7       Strict adherence to process quality standards to reduce market complaints.

8       Ensure implementation on quality management system, GMP, Safety and hygiene standards.

9       Extend support to project activities related to improvements and cost reduction.

10    Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
