SOMALI SUDANESE SPECIALIZED Hospital is a General Hospital, funded by Somali business elites to meet the needs of Somali people in health care services. it has been providing health care services in Somalia since 2014.

The headquarter of the hospital is at Hodan district, whereby the hospital runs five branches in the other districts in Mogadishu.

The hospital covered almost a huge gap in the health care sector in Somalia, that many Somali citizens needed to go abroad for health needs.

The hospital absorbs and employs qualified, specialized, and experienced medical and non-medical staff from different nationalities.

JOB BRIEF

SOMALI SUDANESE SPECIALIZED Hospital is seeking energetic, customer care centered and organized Patient Relations Executive for our OPD Clinics. The responsibilities comprise of all the front-line functions including patient relations, patient registration, and serves as an interpreter for the unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Patient Relation Executive -Intern

Positions: 6 positions

Duty station: SSSH Headquarter.

Expected starting date: June 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving patients

Welcoming patients

Guiding patients

Helping patients to fill registration form

Answering patient enquiries

Assisting patients

Directing patients flow

One point of contact

Translating

Handling MRD

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields.

Good communication skills

Able to talk face to face.

Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) in relevant field

People handling experience.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Communication skill

People handling skill.

Problem solving skill.

Leadership skill

LANGUAGE:

Proficiency in oral and written communication in English is a must.

Arabic speaking is value added.
