•  Review and provide feedback on periodic investment reports to ensure comprehensiveness and completeness and monitor timey submission of the reports I line with the standards set by the Bank and National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE).
• Guide the timely preparation of loan classification reports and adequate loan provisioning.
• Monitor the timely update of investment Information Database as per investment reference bureau directives.
• Coordinate the collection of feedback and lead revision of investment policy and procedures to meet.
•  Customer needs and safeguard the Bank’s interest.
• Guide the compilation and distribution of macro-economic data and reports for further consumption and informed decision making by the management of the Bank.

Generic Duties

• Develop Division strategic plans and objectives and lead in its implementation.
• Prepare Division work plans and monitor their execution.
• Develop policies and procedures for the division and lead in their implementation and continuous review.
• Prepare budgets for the Division and track their implementation.
• Coach and mentor employees within the division towards effective career development.
• Evaluate the periodic performance of his/her subordinates.
• Manage disciplinary concerns of the Division staff.
• Take part in the Bank’s decision making process by becoming part of different panels/ committee (s).

• Master’s Degree in Management, Accounting and Economics or related field, with six (6) years or experience of which (2) years should be at supervisory position.                                                    OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting and Economics or related field, with eight (8) years of  experience of which (2) years should be at supervisory position.
• Full professional qualifications are desirable.
• Special Experience in portfolio management will be an advantageous.
