PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS- JUBALAND

OUR BACKGROUND

The collapse of the Somalia government in 1991 dragged Somalia into a miserable state characterized by chronic insecurity, massive displacement and lack of adequate access to basic human needs such as food, water and shelter. Amid this horrific state young Somali nationals established Wamo Relief and Rehabilitation Services WRRS in the year 2002 with the aim of contributing to the relief of human suffering in the country.

WRRS is a non Profit, non- partisan organization based in Somalia. The organization is legally registered and operating in the south central Somalia and Punt land.

We aim to strengthen the capacity of the local communities in Somalia and Kenya so that they may share and contribute to the educational, economic, and social well-being of their life through provision of relief supplies, emergency livelihoods and social support and capacity building interventions which are integrated in participatory community-based peace building and human rights-based approaches towards sustainable peace, reconstruction and development of Somalia.

We are seeking to prequalify suppliers for FY 22/24 with the capacity to provide services for ongoing and commencing activities in different target locations detailed.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

All vendors must send applications with the documents requested below

Vendors to supply goods and services

Completed Vendor Application Form (WRRS will provide or this can be downloaded from the advertisement link)

Company profile;

List of directors with their telephone and ID/Passport Numbers;

Current registration certificate;

Previous experience for similar nature of services: Provide either 3 high value contracts or Local purchase orders from previous clients for last 3 years

Good financial position: Provide either Latest audited report, or bank statement for 6 months with one year statement of income and expenditure signed by company

Latest tax receipt or proof of payment of tax.

Companies /Contractors providing Car rental services

Completed Vendor Application Form (WRRS will provide or this can be downloaded from the advertisement link)

Car ownership log book (Attach letter of attorney if the current owner name is different from the name in car log book)

Name and valid driver license

Road Tax Clearance Certificates

Mechanical Inspection Report which details comprehensive conditions and service of the vehicle from

Year of manufacture of vehicle similar with the date indicated in log books

All vendors interested must send their expression of interest through email logistic@wamorelief.so before 1st November 2021 . Any submissions past the deadline will be rejected.

All the service providers must comply with WRRS Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) guidelines.
