The Ministry of Finance (FGS) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Somalia Crisis Response Project (SCRP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, delivery, installation and Commissioning of two oxygen plants for Southwest and Jubaland
The Somalia Crisis Response Project (SCRP) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

Bidding will be conducted through International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

and inspect the bidding document during office hours [No Applicable] at the address given below.

The bidding document in English language may be requested by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.
A pre-bid meeting shall be held with suppliers on 18^th August, 2021, at 11:30 AM (EAT). Suppliers who will have confirmed their participation in submitting bids shall be given a link to the online zoom platform. Bidders are encouraged to conduct a site inspection before preparation of their bids.
Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 8 on or before 29^th August 2021 at 11:00 AM (East African Time). Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. Bids will be opened online through a zoom link which will be sent to bidders who will have submitted their bids.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
