JOB TITLE: PROJECT OFFICER

At VOSWP, the Project Officer is at the core of our mission. They are the ones who bring our projects to completion, from the first concept to the final evaluation. They collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we are having a significant impact on social welfare issues.

Job Description: 

• Collaborate on project planning and
• Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines and
• Facilitate communication among project team members and
• Establish monitoring and evaluation
• Collect and analyze project data for decision-
• Prepare progress reports for
• Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned
• Maintain relationships with partners, donors, and
• Engage with community members and
• Represent the organization at meetings and
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff and
• Identify opportunities for project improvement and

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor’s degree in the social sciences, international development, or project

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the nonprofit

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a natural ability to thrive in multicultural

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management

• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies is

• A minimum of three years of relevant
