Dear Sir/Madam,

The Somali Police Force (SPF) invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals for the Refurbishment of Huriwaa Police Station.

The project aims to upgrade the station’s infrastructure, supply and install office furniture, and implement a water treatment system to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Key Details:

• Advertisement Date: 01 October 2025
• Submission Deadline: 10 October 2025
• Proposal Validity: Minimum of 90 days from the submission date
• RFP Collection: Available at SPF Police Headquarters, Afgoi Road, Mogadishu, from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm starting 01 October 2025.

Interested contractors may obtain full RFP document from the SPF HQ Police commissioners office and are required to submit completed RFPs in accordance with the provided instructions.

Submission:

Sealed proposals should be delivered to the SPF Procurement Office, Afgoi Road, Mogadishu, or emailed to procurement@spf.gov.so with the subject line: “RFP for Huriwaa Police Station Refurbishment”.

Mandatory Requirements:

Interested contractors must provide:

1. Business Profile
2. Valid Business Registration Certificate
3. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
4. Proof of relevant experience in similar refurbishment or construction projects in Somalia
5. Work Schedule/Implementation timeline
6. Company Equipment
7. ID Copy of Owner / Managing Director
8. Certificate of Good Conduct (issued by CID)
