Creative invites qualified firms and organizations to submit a quotation for the above listed on the cover page. The Agreement resulting from this award will be a fixed agreement. Creative will use the prices in this RFQ to establish the insurance policy agreement for one-year possible extensions.All quotations are due by the dates and times stated above. Any quotation received after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive. Late quotations will not be evaluated.

To be considered, Offerors should submit a complete quotation no later than the RFQ deadline date and time on the front page. Offerors should ensure that the quotation is well-written in English, easy to read, follows the instructions provided, and contains only requested information.
