Job Description
Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications systems specially RF Designing, and it’s required Tools – Strong familiarity with RF Planning, be able to configure Network cells and their interconnection, cell neighboring and handover performance – Functional and Technical Skills, Independence, Attention to Detail, Verbal Communication and Documentation Skills – Excellent management and supervising skills

Responsible for entire Radio Frequency Engineering (RFE) planning and optimize – Manage frequency bands and DAS (distributed antenna system) protocols for a wide range of mobile and wireless technologies, and manage, optimize, and report on DAS performance and interference

RF Field Engineers are technicians who work in the field including maintaining the equipment and infrastructure of the site and conduct extensive research to diagnose the problems that the system is facing and then develop appropriate solutions for issues – The main tasks are: Designing, Planning and Optimizing the Radio access Network

Bachelor’s degree of Electronic/ Telecommunication engineering (Electronics) or Bachelor of Engineering Technology

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required

One of the most valuable skills for RF field engineers is both Somali and English communication
