DML aims at addressing gaps in the provision of quality motor vehicle sales and service providers for the automotive markets in the Horn of Africa Region. Position: Sales and Marketing Manager Job location: Hargeisa , Somaliland Job Purpose: The Marketing & Sales Manager will play an essential role in driving the marketing and sales function of Dahabshiil Motors. This will entail directing the work of the Marketing Officers/Sales officers and Teams in order to deliver overall sales targets. The Marketing/Sales Manager will oversee the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the Company’s marketing message. The Marketing& Sales Manager will focus on driving forward PR and media activities to promote the company message to their existing customers and potential clients. He/She shall focus on growing the company’s market share and avail a variety of marketing techniques and tools to achieve that. Qualifications/Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field. • Five (5) years experience in a similar marketing role as a sales representative in the Automotive Industry. • Five (5) years’ Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of industry requirements including broad knowledge of international and regional trends in the Automotive Industry. • Appropriate leadership skills to fulfill his or her responsibility. • A focused person with exposure to the international environment. • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk and have the ability to judge outcomes and make an impact at the highest level of the organization. • Have a hands-on attitude and approach. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the flexibility to work across the organization. • The candidate must be a person of high integrity, moral character, and respectful
