Position:                   Sales & Marketing Officer

Location:                  Hargiesa with possible travels to the regions

Working hours:    Full time

Reports   to:            Management

Sales & Marketing Officer.

Skills and competencies

·         Execution of a Marketing strategy and plan.

·         Exploring potential target industries and customers.

·         Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.

·         Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.

·         Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

·         Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture.

·         Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.

·         Responsible for increasing Revenue and market share through higher penetration and awareness of the Company.

·         Ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

·         Identifying and categorizing potential targeted customers such as customers in need of Printing, Advertising and promotional materials

·         Track Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities.

·         Constant contact with clients from time to time.

·         Tracking and analyzing information on competitor’s activities. Recommend suggestions to the department.

·         Willing to apply flexible working hours

Requirements

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or related field

Ø  3+ years experience in sales in a corporate setting.

Ø  Great understanding and knowledge of marketing

Ø  Relevant industry experience ideally.

Ø  Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.

Ø  Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.

Ø  Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
