Position summary

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our growing team as a Sales Intern. As part of our team, you assist the Operation Associate with all aspects of daily work activities such as, scheduling appointments, processing client order cycle with dealing, and preparing invoices and estimates and follow up technicians the daily work schedule.

Candidates who have prior a construction background, plumbing experience are preferred, but it is not an absolute requirement.

Responsibilities and duties 

• Provide information the clients and answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our clients.
• Registration new orders on system with process customer order cycle.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Prepare Estimates, Invoices and MRF
• Issuing invoices and following up outstanding payments
• Assist Operation Associate with all aspects of daily work activities such as plans and develops work schedules.
• Coordinating appointments and managing staff calendars and schedules.
• Deal directly with clients either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty
• Updates all social media sites and answer message from them.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications and skills required

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
• No prior experience require ( Entry Level)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong business acumen
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work long hours seated and in front of a compute
