AA Somaliland is going to recruit Scope Register who will be based in Las Anood district of Sool Region. The selection criteria of the position holder (i.e., Scope Register), which will be the guide for choosing the right candidates and the main responsibilities of this position, are explained below.

Qualifications and other Requirements

The applicant is responsible for:

Registration of project beneficiaries
Identify key challenges during, registration, Mobilization, top up, and day to day activities in the field.
Sensitize communities on how to use their scope cards and to redeem their entitlement.
Sensitize beneficiaries on their entitlement and sharing full information about project to the beneficiaries and amount they will be receiving on monthly bases.
Responsible to hand over Scope cards to the beneficiaries by signing hand over note.
Responsible to top up on monthly bases all scope cards.
Responsible ActionAid Scope kits, he/she will redeemable if any damage occur.
Report on daily bases and share to Field officers and Project manager on # of beneficiaries receive topped up, those that did not receive, # of No voucher founds and other technical issue to sort out on time.
Responsible for synchronization of the machines on daily bases.
Sign the distribution list of the beneficiaries to promote accountability of the project.
Report any damaged, lost scope cards and other technical errors.
The Scope register cannot take any scope cards from the beneficiaries; just you will record the serial number accordingly.
Prepare on day-to-day activities in field level
Adhere to all ActionAid International policy
