ZamZam Foundation is looking for Scope Registration Officer
Zamzam Foundation is a humanitarian and development charity founded in Mogadishu, Somalia in 1992 to serve the most vulnerable members of society at a time of severe crisis
A non-governmental and not-for profit organization, Zamzam established itself in the heart of the humanitarian emergency that followed the outbreak of the civil war in Somalia in 1991. Since then, we have grown to become the largest national humanitarian and development organization in Somalia with nearly three decades of experience providing relief and support services to those most affected by the joint forces of war and famine.
Position: Scope Registration Officer (full time)
Contract Length: Four Months can be extended based on funding availability
Location: Mogadishu with frequent travel to Jowhar, Adale and Middle Shebelle region
Scope Registration Officer: SCOPE registration conduct regular field visit to register, verify and follow up Zamzam project and digitization of beneficiaries and households, and e-voucher transfer’s management, enrolment, top- up and redemption of digital solutions to capture information and upload into a central database for use.
Job Responsibilities
Provide updates on the SCOPE process from registration to card distribution on a weekly basis.
Implementation of SCOPE and Top-Up for registration and digitization of beneficiaries and households, and e-voucher transfers management.
Follow up and support on SCOPE issues arising from registration, enrolment, top- up and redemption.
Support the local community and administrative authorities to ensure better implementation of Zamzam programs and SCOPE rollout.
Provide monitoring reports on WFP program related issues in the field, including food management, beneficiaries’ concerns.
Ensure good management of ZAMZAM SCOPE equipment, from collection to return; handle their troubleshooting and ensure coordination on this between WFP and the CPs.
Follow-up SCOPE cards related issues and provided feedback to our partners.

Job Working Conditions
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder in health, public health or other related functional area is desirable.
Strong experience on scope registration using biometric system Should have good commend in report writing
Proficiency with computer, especially MS office, excel and diagnostic scientific software.
Excellent spoken and written communication in English and interpersonal skills
Working experiences 3 years in related field
