Summary of position

The SCRP(somalia crisis recovery project) Program Coordinator will lead government and agency individual stakeholder engagement processes including operational and technical support and government engagement processes, contextual awareness/troubleshooting, as well as act as the technical lead for project reporting and technical backstopping of the development of reporting templates for project reporting. In addition, he/she will lead the development of media and communication products in-line with World Bank protection guidelines and government requirements.

Key activities in your role will include:

• Support the contextualization of project implementation and reporting templates and training to frontline implementing staff members and government on their use;
• Provide technical backstopping and mentorship to frontline implementing staff members and government to support progress monitoring and reporting processes;
• Support partners to report changes to context which impact implementation timeframes and coordination with HRM third-party security consultant;
• Coordinate Third-Party-Monitor engagement with implementing partners and government and support problem-solving during verification exercises.
• Develop productive, solution-oriented relationship with key line ministries and identify ways to incorporate request in current and future SCRP phases.
• Support implementing members to link to coordination platforms, including Protection Cluster (for FGM referral); FS&L Cluster, Health Cluster, and ensure regular reporting;

• Support members to develop comprehensive reports for program, clusters and government stakeholders, including modifying data to meet different format needs.
• Monitor implementing partners implementation of security and safeguarding requirements and report challenges to SomReP management for action
• Participate in government and World Bank contractual compliance meetings, translating requirements into contextually appropriate processes and tools;
• Under the leadership of SCRP Program Director, lead new phase program development processes, aggregating and formatting data from members and partners, and drafting narrative sections aligned to the requirements of RFB;
