The successful candidate may teach and assess courses as agreed with the Curriculum Team Leader and/Director of Studies.

Role Summary

To deliver high-quality teaching, learning, assessment, and tutorial Support to learners to maximize achievement and continuous improvement

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Subject-specific qualification at level 3 or above.

.Three years of professional experience in the aviation industry especially Travel and Tourism.

.Teaching qualification

Evidence of professional development and continuous updating of skills and knowledge.

Knowledge and skills

Significant successful teaching and assessing experience

Experience in contributing to course design, curriculum development, and program managing.

Experience in tutorial and student support

Experience of lesson observations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

One year of successful experience in Travel and Tourism instruction

Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism

Teaching experience in the field of Travel and Tourism

OTHER

Knowledge of IT and its use in the curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to team working

Strong personal commitment to the academy.

Interview Ability to work flexibly to meet academy requirements.
