Job Summary (Brief about the job)

Perform Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance Jobs. Maintenance and troubleshooting of Chillers, Ammonia Compressors & Air conditioning units

Roles & Responsibilities

1 Manage AHU, FCU, and other associated machines related with air conditioning system

2 Manage various refrigeration protection systems in the factory

3 Adhere entire Safety and compliance procedures in the factory

4 Need to work on and implement new technology and systems as necessary supporting the operations of the factory

5 KPI Measurements

6 To follow daily weekly and monthly schedules for preventive maintenance

7 Records of closing maintenance calls/requests within defined timelines

KPIS

· Keeping Plant Up to date

· To follow daily weekly and monthly schedules for preventive maintenance

· Able to work with team and able to attend the break down calls as individual

· Record maintenance of all maintenance related activities

Qualifications (Education – Technical Skills – Experience – Certificates)

Work Experience:

· 5 – 10 years’ experience in operation and Maintenance of Chillers and Compressors

Education:

· I.T.I /Diploma or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

· Basic English Skills.

· Hazard Identification.

· Knowledge of PLC and SCADA

· Knowledge of basic electrical system
