DESCRIPTION

PROJECT TITLE: Provision of 220 Non Food Items (NFIs) to 220 of flood/drought affected IDP families in Balcad District, Middle Shabelle region.

SUBJECT: TENDER INVITATION FOR PROVISION OF NON FOOD ITEMs (NFIs).

Voice of Somali Women for Peace, Reconciliation and Political Rights (VOSWP) has floated a tender for Non-Food Items (NFIs). The project location is Balcad distrct – Middle Shabelle region and the tender notice number is VOSWP/NFIs/001/24.

We are inviting suppliers who have the necessary capacity and experience in similar products to submit their bids in a SEALED/STAMPED envelope marked with the tender reference number, [VOSWP/NFIs/001/24] on or before February 25, 2024 before 5 PM. Bids should be dropped in the tender box at the VOSWP office in Balcad district.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPPLIERS:

Date of delivery: 1-10 March, 2024

The answers to this tender must include the following elements:

• A written quotation including all the product specifications, the price per unit in USD, Product Specification and total price in USD.
• Company Valid Registration certificate
• The capability of the company to finance its self for the works (Financial/bank statement)

• Reference of similar works undertaken (photos and reference letters)

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• The closing date of this Request for Quotation is fixed on 25th Feb 2024 at 5:00pm.
• Tender will be opened on 26th Feb 2024 at Balcad office about 10:00 AM
