Contract Title: Construction of a recycling factory Warehouse in Hargeisa

The Hayaan Somaliland Humanitarian Organization (HSH) & OPAL Organization for Relief and Development (OPAL) intends to award a work contract for the construction of a recycling factory of plastic bottles composed of a production space with a garage port, a storage, an office, 2 toilets in Hargeisa (Macallin Harun district) with financial assistance from the Danish Refugee Council, Diaspora Programme.

Exclusion causes:

Contracts will not be awarded to Bidders who, during the Tendering process are:

• Found to misrepresent information regarding themselves, or the goods/services that they are bidding for. This includes omitting relevant required information
• Subject to a conflict of interest
• Involved in the development of specifications and/or terms of reference for the Invitation to Bid in question

 The deadline for submission of bids at is by latest on 27^th August 2021, at 4:00 pm Somaliland time.  

The bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, signed and dated by the bidding company.

Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered.
