TENDER ADVERTISEMENT FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS OF GOODS & SERVICES
Action Against Hunger Somalia is part of the Action Against Hunger International network, which provides humanitarian relief in over 40 countries worldwide in the sectors of nutrition, health, water/sanitation, and food security. Action Against Hunger-USA, an independent NGO, currently manages operations in 8 countries: Kenya, South Sudan, Cambodia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Haiti and Somalia. Action Against Hunger-USA has over $75 million in programs, and approximately 2000 staff based in in the various country offices, Head Quarter in New York City and Operational Centre in Nairobi. Additional growth is anticipated.
Action Against Hunger is seeking qualified service providers to be pre-qualified for supply of goods and services listed below for use in the programs in Somalia.
Tender documents are available free of charge. Eligible and Interested service providers can request for the prequalification dossier by emailing their request to hod-log@so-actionagainsthunger.org by quoting the Location and Reference Number of the commodity or service category in the email subject line (for example: Baidoa – SOM/PRQ/GDS/004). The goods and service categories are provided in the table below this invitation. Additional information may be requested through the same email address. Action against Hunger operates from these office locations; Mogadishu, Baidoa, Garowe, Elbarde, Wajid, Hudur, Yeed and Ely.
Completed bid documents can be submitted enclosed in plain envelopes, marked with the tender number & category and be deposited in the tender box provided at Action against Hunger offices. They complete documents should be addressed to;

Alternatively, the bid documents may be submitted can be submitted via Email to procurement@so-actionagainsthunger.org. When submitting by email, kindly quote the Location and Reference Number in the email subject line. (for example: Baidoa – SOM/PRQ/GDS/004)
The deadline for submission of bids is April 21st, 2022, 3:30 PM, East Africa Time.
Canvassing will lead to Automatic disqualification.
Opening of bids to happen on the April 24th 2022 at 10:00 AM EAT by Tender Committee
Action Against Hunger – Somalia reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in whole or in part and is not bound to give reason for its decision.
