PROCUREMENT OF MOSQUITO NETS FOR THE PROJECT SITES AT BAY, BAKOOL & LOWER SHABELLE REGIONS.

GREDO is an indigenous local NGO.  Non-profit non-partial, non- political and voluntary organization based in Baidoa. To reach the most affected grass-root communities in Bay and Bakool regions effectively and efficiently, the necessity of local partnership in relief program appeared. Responding to the partnership need, a group of Somali intellectuals and well-wishers initiated in December 1992 a local non-governmental organization called Gargaar Relief and Development Organization GREDO). The organization has implemented during these period different projects including relief and emergency programs and later improved into rehabilitation and developmental programs

GREDO Baidoa /Mogadishu office invites qualified bidders who wish to be considered for the proposed works, and who meet the below listed requirements;

1. Bank account with minimum $ 10,000 with a proof of statement from JAN 2021 – to 30^th June 2021.
2. Must have relevant experience, Please attach previous signed and stamped contracts as evidence.
3. Possession of a valid registration
4. Valid municipality license
5. Updated company profile with the following information;
6. Similar work experience conducted, amount in USD, location and by which organization.
7. Company main office/ branch offices address, contacts/emails

• Company organogram

6. Duly completed bill of quantity with company stamp – Enclosed below. (Annex #1: BOQ).

Tender closing date is 28^th September 2021 at 4:30pm local time. 

Submission Method

All soft completed tender documents should be submitted through Procurement@gredosom.org with a subject of tender reference number

All hard completed tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to be hand carried addressed to The Tender Committee at the below address. The envelope should indicate the Tender Reference number as mentioned above.

Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery or non-delivery, whatsoever. Bids shall be opened later to be communicated.
