PAH in Somalia is looking for a WASH Assistant who will become part of our operation team. The person will hold the following responsibilities:

1. Participate the organization and facilitates of community awareness sessions.

Monitor and report on the WASH project activities and ensure compliance with plans and PAH standards

1. Participates in the selection process of project beneficiaries including CHPs, OM personals, Casual workers with support of the line manager
2. Promote safe WASH practices, including appropriate use and maintenance of WASH facilities and service
3. Facilitate appropriate community involvement in the design and delivery of essential WASH services and facilities.
4. Conduct hygiene promotion activities in the IDP camps under the guidance of the line manager
5. Conduct regular supervision of project activities and shares feedback to the line managers.
6. Ensure beneficiary accountability is carried out and report any feedback to the line manager
7. Performs any other duty assigned by your immediate supervisor or line manager.
