All interested bidders are requested to submit their Technical Proposals (Mandatory Requirements + Technical Evaluation Requirements) and Financial Proposals in Separate documents as PDF attachments (Bidders who will combine both technical and financial proposals shall be disqualified) via email somo_supplychain@wvi.org on or before 17^th November 2021.

Bids received after deadline shall not be considered.
