Save the Children seeks to invite qualified consultants/firms who meet the following requirements to submit their detailed narrative and financial proposal on how to undertake the assignment.

·         Proven field technical and field experience as a consultant with advanced University decree, Curriculum Development, Educational management, or in any related field, as well as good working experience in this education sector.

·         It is necessary to have at least 7 years of experience in curriculum development, translation, research, and analysis in the education sector, as well as TVET framework development.

·         Experience developing and facilitating client-centered training, as well as a track record of completing similar tasks translating/developing life skills for success curriculum, are required.

·         A technical proposal outlining how the assignment will be carried out, including methodologies, data analyses and interpretation, reports, and timetables (20 marks)

·         Proven field technical and field experience of similar consultancy work performed – Attached are signed contracts signed by both parties (20 marks)

·         Submit Academic certificates with a master’s degree in Education Administration and Management, Curriculum Development is an added advantage, and prior experience working in this sector is preferred (20 marks).

·         Provide a detailed financial proposal that includes all professional fees, report costs, and subsistence expenses. Please keep in mind that all costs must be broken down into specifics (no lump sums, no contingencies, etc) (30 points)
